Through Made by Portal, Disney commissioned us on several projects. Each project had different needs, so my process was adaptive to the scope to ensure that we met project milestones and the budget. I often served as the Project Manager & Co-VFX Art Director, responsible for a range of functions with Disney. On set, I worked with the crew and talent to ensure shot consistency for post-production. And in post-production, I co-led the artistic direction of VFX shots while collaborating with the VFX Editor and the Disney team.
